I called Dave from DD Security Systems to check out the alarm system in our house after just moving in. He was very helpful with all our questions re the system and how we could upgrade to better suit our needs. He gave us a quote there and then and fitted a new alarm the very next day! We are very pleased with the new system and his prompt and efficient service. We will have him back to fit a cctv system soon that will also connect with the alarm App. It makes a nice change for a tradesman to keep an appointment, quote and do the job asked in a professional and timely manner, 5 Stars to DD Security Systems Ltd.

After being unable to find an alarm engineer willing to come out at short notice on a weekend to silence and fix my malfunctioning alarm I was fortunate enough to come across DD Security Systems which offered 24hr repairs. I called Dave on a Sunday afternoon explaining my problem and within an hour he came round to my home to fix my alarm system. Given the stress that my alarm system had caused me I cannot emphasise enough how delighted I was with Dave's speed of response, professionalism and friendly and reassuring manner. Given the great customer service I experienced going forward I will be having my alarm checked and serviced by DD Security Systems on an annual basis.

Dave is a very proficient alarm engineer, despite having been switched off for 3 years, commissioned an existing alarm in my new house purchase in no time and has returned since to sort out a couple of issues. Fast, efficient, friendly and helpful, also great fitting security cameras, very professional job, excellent workmanship.
